The facial that makes you say WOW!

What the press are saying

when I was passed the mirror after my facial I look at myself and say WOW!! This is what the editor of Aesthetic Medicine magazine Vicky Eldridge wrote when she featured WOW facial as her editors choice for the September issue. Read what she said below.

When Claire Williams hands me a mirror after my WOW Facial, I spontaneously say, “wow” without even thinking about it and laugh.

So that’s why they call it that. I love a good results-driven facial and the WOW Facial is a great one. The six-stage treatment is not an express facial, in fact I’m on the treatment couch for at least an hour. This is to allow facialists to take their time to deliver a facial that is transformative for the skin without causing any damage or trauma. This is also because the treatment only needs to be done once for results to last between three to six months. The WOW facial is a medically-inspired facial using a hybrid of non-surgical techniques and technologies. The six stages work on different layers of the skin to kick-start its metabolism as well as to exfoliate, detox, regenerate, hydrate, and supercharge it with essential vitamins and peptides.

Stage 1 uses an exfoliating cleanser and the introduction of powerful acids and antioxidants for skin health from pH formula who have a unique delivery system to make the acids more powerful but gentler on the skin.

Stage 2 involves dermaplaning which I was really excited to try. This stage removes vellus hair, exfoliates and brightens the skin. This is often nicknamed the Hollywood facial as it leaves the skin glowing and red carpet ready.

Stage 3 is Electri with the WOW gun, a patented combination of highquality hyaluronic acid and succinic

acid injected in small papules into the skin that hydrate, reduce pigmentation spots and stimulate collagen and elastin. This is the hero product of the WOW facial and gives it its long lasting results.

Stage 4 is relaxing and regenerative LED light therapy. It uses red light for healing and stimulating the skin, blue light to fight acne and inflammation and green light to reduce the damage from the sun.

Stage 5 is the hydrating WOW mask which my skin drinks up in the hot weather. It contains high-quality hyaluronic acid and collagen and is packed with antioxidants and peptides to hydrate, brighten and smooth the skin.

Stage 6, the final stage, is the application of element protection using a healing SPF 30 sun cream and a spray of hyaluronic acid and succinic acid that protects the skin from pollutants.

I really enjoyed the treatment even though some bits (in particular the mesogun) were slightly uncomfortable. The WOW mask is super cooling and calming after the other stages of the treatment and I was glad to have one to take home with me. I didn’t have any downtime or side effects and my skin looked glowing and refreshed. AM
